Canaccord Genuity Wealth & Estate Planning Services Ltd (“Canaccord Genuity”), an affiliate of the Company, offers comprehensive insurance and estate planning services to our Canadian Private Clients.  Solutions offered through Canaccord Genuity include retirement protection programs, capital preservation plans, and insurance strategies for handling capital gains.
 
Our Canadian operations are currently looking for an enthusiastic, organized and meticulous individual to join our Canaccord Genuity Wealth & Estate Planning team in Toronto. This role will provide support to our Wealth and Estate Planning Team.

Responsibilities
 
  • Provide detailed and meticulous administrative support to the Wealth & Estate Planning Specialist;
  • Input a wide variety of client data onto our system in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Create mock ups of data plans as requested by the Wealth & Estate Planning Specialist;
  • Complete all record keeping functions with attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring that all audit requirements are being met.

Skills & Qualifications
 
  • 1-3 years of similar or related administrative experience advantageous;
  • Knowledge of the Wealth and Estate Planning industry would be desirable;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and multi-task;
  • Ability to work independently, and effectively with employees and clients at all levels;
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative;
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills: good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
