Our Canadian operation, Canaccord Genuity Corp., is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to support an established team of Investment Advisors within our Wealth Management department. You are passionate about the investment industry and are keen on growing your career within this area. You are a self-starter, who is resourceful, self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
 
This is a temporary, part-time role, and the successful incumbent will be required to work approximately 16 hours/week.
 

 

Responsibilities:
 
  • Perform data entry and update CRM databases;
  • Prepare and send client communication mailouts;
  • Format and edit letters and reports;
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required.


Skills & Qualifications:
 
  • Previous related experience, with knowledge related to databases an asset;
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Intermediate computer skills: good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Excellent teamwork skills complemented by the ability to take initiative and work independently.
