Our Canadian operation, Canaccord Genuity Corp., is currently looking for a motivated, efficient, and team oriented individual with superior accuracy and attention to detail, to join our team in Vancouver on a 3-month contract.



Responsibilities
 
  • Review new client documentation ensuring all necessary information has been collected;
  • Photocopy and store client documentation; 
  • Create and assemble new client packages;
  • Input client information onto our systems;
  • Cross-train on related positions within the team and provide back-up support to other team members as necessary;
  • Assist with special projects as necessary;
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.



Skills & Qualifications
 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy;
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is an asset;
  • Previous experience in a back office environment would be preferred;
  • Industry experience is an asset.
